What to expect

  • Friday, 6:00 p.m. – Pilates Align (Complimentary class)
  • Saturday, 9:30 a.m. – Pilates Sculpt
  • Sunday, 11:00 a.m. – Yoga Sculpt
  • Monday, 12:30 p.m. – Pilates Sculpt
  • Daily, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. – Private 1:1 Reformer or Mat Pilates sessions available by appointment


What's included

  • Each booking includes one class credit, valid for any group session on the schedule
  • Access to premium classes led by founder Jo-Leigh
  • Optional add-on: Private 1:1 Reformer or Mat Pilates sessions available daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (subject to availability)
  • All sessions take place in the serene setting of La Réserve Hotel and Spa, Geneva
